We strive to give every person the individualized care and quality they deserve. That's why we schedule by appointment only, meaning your appointment time is reserved just for you at your request. It is not always possible to "run on schedule" but we are told by many that we do a very good job of not making people wait excessively. We respectfully request that you be on time (even a few minutes early in case there is any information we need to gather) so we can try to keep our schedule moving smoothly. We make every effort to accommodate busy, unpredictable schedules through our "Priority List". Emergency care, not only for current patients of record but for new patients as well, is also given the highest priority possible. If, for any reason, you are not able to honor your appointment reservation, we require 24 hours notice to avoid a possible failed appointment fee. Your consideration allows us to offer that time to another person needing our help. Again, we truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding!
