Manager - Tracy
My name is Tracy and I am the Office Manager at Columbia Center for Dentistry. I have been in the dental field since 2000, and associated with Columbia Center for Dentistry since 2001, first as Dr. Miller’s lead clinical assistant and now as manager. My philosophy is to create a partnership with our patients by providing a service that is respectful and responsive to our patients’ needs and values. I love helping our patients!Seeing them smile after not feeling comfortable to do so, helping them become pain free, educating them on their oral health. I enjoy growing my knowledge in the dental field and it continues to be very interesting to me. For six years I was Dr. Miller’s lead EFDA assistant. He has taught me so much about dentistry as well as ethics and character.I believe in his quality of work, his vision and his ability as a dentist. I share his compassion for this profession and our patients. I jumped at the opportunity to become a member of his team once again!I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and my dog, Max. We spend our time camping, going to concerts, and just enjoying moments in life.
Administrator – Brittany
My name is Brittany and I am the Practice Administrator at CCFD. I have been a nurse since 2005 and have also passed my dental assistant training and examinations. My experience with insurance and treatment financing means I can help our patients find ways to receive the dentistry they need and want. With my knowledge as a nurse, I am able to bring a more complete approach to our patients’ overall health because I understand how common systemic diseases and medications affect the body and mouth, and how they are commonly interconnected. I have noticed that many times the mouth is overlooked when it comes to being healthy. Now, I get the opportunity to educate our patients about how a healthy mouth is an important part of a healthy body!
Hygienist - Mackenzie
My name is Mackenzie and I am a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2016. I chose dental hygiene because I love helping people feel great about their own unique smile. I enjoy aiding others in keeping a healthy mouth and educating them about how important it is to do so to make them happier and healthier. A smile is a huge confidence booster and can absolutely affect the way a person feels about their self and I love being a part of that! My value for quality patient care aligns perfectly with Dr. Miller and the rest of the team. We always put you first and are here to support you in achieving your goals with your smile. My commitment is to exceed patients’ expectations with the highest standard of care in a compassionate and positive environment…with a smile! I enjoy spending time with my husband, Andrew and baby daughter, Lexi Belle, and my family and friends. I also enjoy being outside, doing anything from playing basketball to fishing. Currently, Mackenzie is a stay-at-home mom, but has graciously agreed to fill in for us as needed. We could be happier for her and Andrew!
Hygienist – Robin
My name is Robin and I’m a Registered Dental Hygienist. I graduated in 2005 from State Fair Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene and with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Missouri – Kansas City in May 2011. My goal as a hygienist is to treat each patient according to his or her own unique oral health needs. I enjoy getting to know my patients and building a close professional relationship. I believe that staying current in the profession is essential in providing patients with the education and tools they need to achieve optimal oral health. In my spare time I enjoy golfing and going to concerts with my husband, as well as spending time with family and friends.
Hygienist – Joelene
My name is Joelene and I'm a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2015. I became a hygienist out of a desire to help others. Everyday I get to make a positive impact on my patients, by educating them about oral health and teaching them healthy habits and routines to help them have a healthy, happy smile. In other words, I care for my patients the way I would want myself or my family to be cared for. At Columbia Center for Dentistry I get to work in an environment that feels like family, where we care for our patients and each other with compassion and sincerity. Outside the office, I like spending time with my dogs, watching and playing sports, and horseback/trail riding.
Assistant - Nancy
My name is Nancy and I am a Certified Dental Assistant. I graduated from the State Technical College Dental Assisting Program in May 2016. I chose dentistry for my career because I enjoy helping people. Your smile is your first impression for the world to see and it honestly feels my heart with joy to help make someone's smile beautiful. I am proud to be a part of CCFD because of Dr. Miller's great reputation and our team really pulls together to make a difference in our patients' lives. I always strive to do the very best I can to help every patient improve their oral health. Outside of the office, I like spending time with my husband and daughter (born Christmas Eve 2016!), family and friends. We love playing with our two chocolate labs and riding four-wheelers on our farm.
Assistant - Elena
My name is Elena and I received my Registered Dental Assistant certification in the state of California in 2011. I wholeheartedly want to help people; I’m wired that way. I’ve always been fascinated with dental anatomy. I feel the same way about helping our patients as Dr. Miller and the rest of our team. I really feel at home at Columbia Center for Dentistry. It’s awesome! I want every person I help to feel satisfied with my service and give them a reason to smile. My husband, Jody, and I are from California and moved to Missouri in 2013.
