APPOINTMENTS
We schedule by appointment only. When you request an appointment we reserve that time just for you. We know your time is just as valuable as ours. We look forward to helping you, one-on-one, at your exclusive appointment time. We require 24 hours notice to change an appointment reservation without incurring a cancellation charge.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We make every effort to provide value for your dental care. Billing and collection procedures are time consuming and costly. To help control you cost, we require that you pay your estimated portion at the time services are provided. Your services, or those of your dependents, are your financial responsibility. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit (a health care payment plan that allows you to pay for your services over time). For those who qualify, CareCredit offers 3, 6, or 12 month interest free plans or an extended payment plan at a low interest rate.
INSURANCE
For your convenience, we will extend the courtesy of filing your primary insurance claim. Additional coverage is your responsibility. Please realize we do not work for, nor are we representatives of, any insurance company and may not be able to answer all your insurance questions. Our benefits estimates are not guaranteed to be accurate. Please familiarize yourself with your individual plan, including deductible, maximum payable benefits, and any exclusions. You are financially responsible for your services not paid for by insurance.
PATIENTS WITH SMALL CHILDREN
For safety and legal purposes, we ask that our patients with small children make childcare arrangements, unless the child is able to sit in our front room without supervision. Furthermore, we do not allow parents in the treatment room while we are helping their child. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
