My name is Brit and I am the Financial Coordinator at CCFD. I have been a Nurse since 2005 and have also passed my Dental Assistant training and examinations. My experience with insurance and treatment financing means I can help our patients find ways to receive the dentistry they need and want. With my knowledge as a Nurse, I am able to bring a more complete approach to our patients' overall health because I understand how common systemic diseases and medications affect the body and mouth, and how they are commonly interconnected. I have noticed that many times the mouth is overlooked when it comes to being healthy. Now, I get the opportunity to educate our patients about how a healthy mouth is an important part of a healthy body!
